"We Really Do See Dead People"
Memphis has a long and dark history of slavery and abuse towards African Americans. Most people
are familiar with the civil rights battles in the south and especially in this area. This page is a
compilation of investigations on the property of the
Underground Railroad museum, and it's our
small way of paying homage to the "ancestors" who died on the way to freedom. Operated by my
dear friend Ms. Joan Nelson. One of the most arrested civil rights freedom fighters. Many bodies are
buried on the grounds of this house. We keep their
GHOSTS alive!
Below:
a memorial garden we placed at the site in honor of
the fallen slaves.
This is not a photo of Spirit
activity. But visit this place and I promise you will
experience
Ghosts.

Joan Nelson and Marvin Burkle.
Pioneers in the civil rights
movement. And heroes of mine!
We are most proud of this memorial garden we built, in memory of
fallen slaves. And special thanks from the bottom of our hearts, to
Vincent Tabor, who repainted our sign. (He did that for FREE.)
Horrible Remnants of Slavery in Memphis
FYI... The garden is about to
receive a much needed face
lift. We have received new
donations of plants and
trees, which will be planted
in memory or not only fallen
slaves, but murdered youth
in Memphis. If you want to
make a donation of materials
ONLY we don't take money,
please contact Mike at
